Telepsychiatry Experience:
Embracing the advancements in technology, I’ve seamlessly integrated telepsychiatry into my practice to ensure accessibility and convenience for my clients. Through secure and confidential video conferencing, I offer the same level of quality care as in-person sessions, with the added flexibility of scheduling appointments from the comfort of your own home.Collaborative Approach:
Medication Management
Management of medications used in the treatment of depression, anxiety, attention deficit and psychosis. It also includes agents that relieve neuropathic pain and facilitate sleep.
Supportive Psychotherapy
Aims to build your self-esteem and confidence by managing emotions, coping skills, identification of strengths, setting realistic goals, psychoeducation on medications, and relaxation techniques.
Supportive psychotherapy can be used as treatment for a variety of physical, mental, and emotional ailments, and consists of a variety of strategies and techniques in which therapists can treat their patients. The objective of the therapist is to reinforce the patient’s healthy and adaptive patterns of thought behaviors in order to reduce the intrapsychic conflicts that produce symptoms of mental disorders.
Telepsychiatry
Telepsychiatry refers to the use of videoconferencing and phone calls to deliver psychiatric care remotely for people with mental health conditions. It can be effective in improving symptoms and quality of life among patients with mental health disorders. People who choose to receive services in this way, or for whom it would otherwise be difficult to receive care, tend to view these services positively as it improves their access to mental health care.
